The terms of any remodeling or construction project with Mason Homes are governed exclusively by a separate written project agreement signed by both parties.

The Mason Homes name and logo are trademarks of Mason Homes Inc. You may not use our name, logo, or any Site content in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our written consent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, MASON HOMES INC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF MASON HOMES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
MASON HOMES' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
This limitation of liability applies to the Site only. Liability related to construction or remodeling services is governed by the separate written project agreement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mason Homes Inc, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact Mason Homes in writing and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Send written notice to:

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue legal remedies in Hillsborough County, Florida as described in Section 9.
Mason Homes may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, stop using the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mason Homes regarding your use of the Site. These Terms do not govern any construction or remodeling services — those are governed by a separate written project agreement.
